I really got the sense that Rachel cares and wants me to best I can be. I love her personality, and how she makes my goals and progress important as well as offering advice and keeping in touch consistently.I love the flexibility I have with my workouts if i just can't make it to the gym some days and the ability to convey what I do and do not like doing. Working with Rachel is one of the best decisions I've made! I absolutely recommend Rachel to anyone wanting to step into the journey of fitness and loving yourself.
